Who sells ShipCat

ShipCat is made by Voprex Labs, a brand of AGHAZADA LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States ("we", "us"). The same company operates Open Analytics at getopen.so, and its payment account is managed from its getopen.so address, which is why that domain appears there. You can reach us at support@shipcat.app.

Payments are taken by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which sells ShipCat as merchant of record: Polar charges you, adds any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to the payment; these terms and the ShipCat License apply to what you buy.

What you buy

A license to use ShipCat and access to the private GitHub repository that holds its full source: the Xcode project, the site, the scripts, the tests and the instructions for coding agents. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price is the one shown at checkout; during the launch it rises as places fill, and the price you paid never changes afterwards.

Delivery

At checkout you give the GitHub account that should have access. Once the payment goes through, Polar invites that account to the repository, usually within minutes, and your receipt arrives by email. If the invitation has not arrived within a day, write to support@shipcat.app from the address you bought with, and we add you by hand.

Access and updates

Your access to the repository has no end date. Every later version of ShipCat lands in the same repository as a GitHub Release, for as long as we maintain ShipCat, at no extra cost. If we ever stop, what you have cloned stays yours to use under the License. Access ends only if the purchase is refunded or charged back, or if the License is broken.

Support

Support is by email at support@shipcat.app, from the address you bought with. It covers ShipCat itself: setting it up, building with it, and its release steps. Building your own app's features, and Apple's developer program, are outside it, though we point you the right way when we can.

What you need

A Mac with macOS 15 or later and Xcode 26, and a GitHub account. To give your apps to other people you also need an Apple Developer account, which Apple sells for 99 USD a year.

What you may and may not do

The License sets this out: one buyer (a person or a single company), any number of apps for yourself or for clients, no redistribution or resale of ShipCat itself, and no public repository with its source.

Refunds

If ShipCat does not work for you on a supported setup and we cannot fix it together, you get your money back within 14 days of buying. The Refund Policy has the details and how to ask.

Warranty and liability

ShipCat is provided as it is, as the License says, and to the extent the law allows our liability is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
