Refund Policy

Last changed on 21 October 2026.

When you get a refund

Within 14 days of buying, you get a full refund if ShipCat does not work as described on a supported setup (a Mac with macOS 15 or later and Xcode 26) and we could not make it work together. Write to us first: most problems are a setting or a missing tool, and we fix them quickly.

At any time, you also get a full refund if you were charged twice or by mistake, or if you never received access to the repository and we could not give it to you.

How to ask

Write to support@shipcat.app from the email address you bought with, with the order number from Polar's receipt and what went wrong. We answer, try to fix it, and when a refund is due we issue it through Polar, our merchant of record. The money goes back the way you paid; how soon it shows depends on your bank or card.

You can also write to Polar about your order at support@polar.sh.

After a refund

Your access to the repository is removed and your License ends: stop using ShipCat to build new apps and versions, and delete your copies of it. Apps you shipped before that stay with their users, as the License says.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any right you have under Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms or under the consumer law that applies to you. If something is wrong with a payment, please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: we answer faster.

Who we are

ShipCat is sold by Voprex Labs, a brand of AGHAZADA LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States. The Terms say more.
